I don’t play a lot of fighting games… but I do love any Smash Bros game and always main Roy when I can. I also like some Soul Calibur games, and I usually play Sophitia or Cassandra depending on who’s in the game, also Mitsurugi and Siegfried.

AmeriKyon — I’ve only ever played Soul Calibur II out of that series but I main Link in both that game and every Smash game that I play (which is just 64 and melee).

I would say Smash 64 is probably my favourite! I don’t play a lot of fighting games, but 64/Remix is really charming and easy for me (a casual) to play. I like playing as Link/Young Link ^^
I haven’t played any other platform fighters other than Smash before… But I’ll take a guess and say I would probably prefer those over traditional fighters in general! Traditional fighters are too complex for me to learn, lol

denpashark — I have a lot of fun with 64. I would say it’s my favorite Smash game, but whenever I play Melee for too long, and I come back to 64, I start to miss fast-falling and all the other movement stuff lol
The only platform fighters I’ve played are Smash and RoA… I myself would personally say I prefer traditional fighters, since the market for platform fighters currently isn’t that interesting to me besides Smash.
